Al Ahli’s head coach Yousuf Adam has been awarded the coach of the month award for April. The Qatari tactician is expected to pick up his award at Al Ahli’s training ground on this evening. This is the second time that a QSL head coach has picked up the award, following his success last month.

The Brigadier’s have put in impressive performances during the month of April picking up wins against Meisameer, Lekhwiya and Al Rayyan . These wins stretched the Brigadeers winning streak to five games in the QSL, and pushed them to a sixth placed finish.  

In front of goal, Al Ahli scored ten times in just three QSL games; Thanks to statistics from Prozone, QSL’s statistical partner show that Ahli created an average of 14 chances per game. Central to this was the fitness of Ahli who scored late goals against Lekhiwya and Al Rayyan to register impressive come behind victories.

Ahli are set to compete in the Emir competition against El Jaish, and with this recent run of good form Yusef Adam will be confident his side can perform well in the competition.
