Rounds 6, 11 and 13 of the QSL season set for changes. The Qatar Stars League, the highest professional football league in the state of Qatar have announced fixture changes for rounds six, eleven and thirteen of the QSL season.
Round six of QSL action will be brought forward by one day, with the round now being played over the 2nd and 3rd of November instead of the already stated 3rd and 4th of November. Whilst the fixture between Umm Salal Vs Al Kharaitiyat has been moved to Al Khor stadium and will be played on Thursday the 3rd of November.
The dates have been changed based on the request of Qatar national team head coach Jorge Fossati. Qatar is set to take on China away from home in Russia 2018 World Cup Qualifiers.
Round eleven will see two games on the 11th of December between Muaither Vs El Jaish and Al Gharafa Vs Sailiya be moved from Al Gharafa stadium. This means the El Jaish Vs Muaither clash will now take place at Lekhwiya stadium whilst Al Gharafa VS Al Sailya will move to Al Ahli stadium. The Kick off times will remain the same for both games.
Finally for round thirteen, the last round before the New Year will feature two fixture changes. The tie between Al Sadd and El Jaish, which was initially set for Friday the 23rd of December, will be moved to Thursday the 22nd of December to Lekhwiya stadium, 17:45 KO. The tie has been changed due to the stadium being used for the Italian super cup between Juventus and AC Milan.
