The Qatar Football Association has exempted all 14 QSL clubs from the fielding Under 23 players in both Round 3 and 4 of the league due to national team commitments.<br />
<br />
However the QFA did stipulate that after Round 5, each club has to field at least one Under 23 player in all their matches.<br />
<br />
This exemption is due to the participation of Qatar |National Olympic Team in WAFF 1<sup>st</sup> U23 Championship 2015 to be held in Qatar from 30 Sep to 14 Oct 2015.<br />
<br />
This exemption was sent to the clubs by means of QFA circular no. 255 for 2015.<br />
<br />
Round 3 will be played on Saturday and Sunday 26 and 27 Sep 2015, Round 4 will start on Thursday and Friday 01 and 02 Oct 2015.
