QSL outfit Qatar Sports Club ramped up their preparations for the second half of the season defeating Sudanese Club Al Merrikh 1-0 on Tuesday evening.
The only goal of the tie was scored by Kings Player Abdel Aziz Adel. QSC head coach Sebastião Lazaroni elected to use a mixture of youth and experienced players.
QSC will now resume their preparations within their closed training camp in Doha. The Kings will face Al Arabi on Thursday the 28th of January 2016, at the resumption of the QSL season, after a three week break for the AFC U23 championships being held in Doha.
