QSC will play Lekhwiya on Saturday 13th of Dec’ at the Suheim bin Hamad stadium at 18:30.

QSC head coach Radhi Shenaishil:
“As I said before the competition is very difficult, the gaps in the table are not big, and the teams are tightly packed. We have to win our two next games, I think in the last game against Al Arabi we should have done better.”

“We all know the quality of Lekhwiya, but we have shown that we have the fire power to dismantle any team.”

“In the beginning of the season we lost 5-0 to Lekhwiya but that was a different coach with a different set up. We still need to work on maintaining a lead, I have noticed this from before but over all I would say that our performances have been good.”



Lekhwiya Assistant head coach Albert Hernandez:
“We are playing a lot of games in a short amount of time; yesterday we just had a recovery training session and today will be a more intense session.”

“In the next game we must move the ball as fast as we can, and try to dominate possession. We have to win this game if we hope to keep pace with Al Sadd.”

“Overall I think we are strong, in the beginning of the season we started strong but I can see that we need to work to continue and make sure they keep up this high level. Last season compared to this one, I would say we have done even better.”

“There are a few doubts for the game but hopefully by the end of today we can decide who will be on the bench and who will start.”
