Al Wakra head coach Mauricio Larriera has insisted that his sides Round 16 match versus Al Sadd will be very difficult and is hoping that his team is ready especially after working hard during the break in QSL action.

Speaking at the pre match press conference Mauricio said: “Al Sadd are a strong team with some quality players, we will also play for the positive result.”

Larriera also indicated that Wakrah have strengthened their squad with the signing of Jassem Al Jallabi.

Al Sadd Jesaldo Ferreira has insisted that the break could be to the detriment of his side. “A break of this length is never good for players, they need to play week in week out. Training cannot replicate a match sometimes.”

I hope Qatar can qualify for the Olympics in Rio 2016.” Claimed the Portuguese tactician

Turning to the match the head coach added: “ The Al Wakra clash will be tough as they will seek to win,we respect them but we  have the quality to take the three points.”
