Of course I don't need to speak about the game. A derby is a special moment for both teams. Both teams are strong. My point of view is that Arabi has a very good team. They have good organisation. I trust that Rayyan have the same. For sure we will have a very tough game. I hope that it will be a big party for Qatari football and of course we hope to take the victory.
 
I always respect the opponent. I am not someone who will speak something about the coaches in front and something behind them.
 
Considering the special feeling of the fans, it's not a normal game. But otherwise it's a normal game. My point of view is to play all the games as the most important game of the season. In the last five games I have said the same thing. And now I say the same thing again. In football, week after week, game after game, you are being tested, especially the coach. I trust my players 100 per cent.
 
When you are in a big club as Rayyan you are always under pressure. The pressure of the result is always there. But we try to work outside the pressure of the atmosphere. We try to work closely with the players, thinking about the next opponent and trying to read their strategies. This week could be different for the fans but for us, in our preparation, nothing changes. Me and Zola think the same. We can be relaxed about the motivation of the players. Sometimes you are worried that players don't have enough motivation. But when you have a derby, the players have the motivation everywhere around them - in the streets, in their family, in the newspapers. 
 
And Arabi have a good organisation and by that I have to conclude that they have a very good coach.
 
(On Social Media) The technology today is fantastic. If there is a lot of chatter on social media, I think that is a good sign because people are enthusiastic about it. It will help create a good atmosphere and this is what we want, what the players want. One thing in Qatar is that people don't confuse passion with violence. We hope that it continues this way. You need to see it as a party and not a place where you go to fight with the opponent. The opponent is not an enemy.

The two teams playing at a good level. I trust in my team. I hope everybody plays at their best level. Arabi have good players, good organisation and it will be a good game for the fans. I hope the fans go to the stadium to see the game. I hope Rayyan play well and win this game.
 
As winners of a tough game against Lekhwiya, Arabi will have more confidence. They will have more confidence to play against us because they defeated the champions. The team that will make the less mistakes will win the game.

I agree with Coach Fossati about the importance of this game. This is a game being played between two of the clubs that have the biggest support in Qatar. Great for Qatari football that these two teams are playing against each other. Total credit to Rayyan for having done so well. Glad to say that Arabi are following thanks to the attitude of our players. We are looking to bring our level that's on par with the good teams. And that is good for all the teams. A league is considered good when there's a lot of competition. Where they are 5-6 teams fighting for the title, then it's a healthy competition. I hope it will be a great day for Qatari football and hopefully Arabi will win.
 
We have true respect for the teams. Having said that, we are going try to win and we are going to try to win very hard. I have a lot of respect for Rayyan. Not because they won all the gams but because of the way in which won the games.
 
I haven't still experienced the derby atmosphere on the pitch. But I understand it is the biggest game. I have played other derbies in Italy. There's a lot of talk throughout the week and the week before. So i know what these games are like. They do a lot for the sport. If we can give a good game, the fans will be happy. And that will make us even more focussed. Normally people are very calm here when they go to the stadium. I would like to see a little bit more energy from the crowd and I hope that this match will help create that.
 
Winning against Lekhwiya was a confirmation of our level. I was correct when I said I needeed to see the level of my team. Lekhwiya are a very good team and we had a good response to that test. I am talking about the performance and not the result. I was interested to see how my team would cope against Lekhwiya. In life you always have tests. You pass one and straightaway you have another one. People who are successful in life are those who keep passing tests. And that's what I am looking from my team. We passed one and now we need to continue. We can't be like a flash of lightning that does its job once and is done. We want to be like a light that keeps shining. Our players are focussed on that. I keep talking about faith in my players and that makes this match really interesting. 
 
I respect Social Media. My kids keep talking about it.  I belong to another era though. One that was about newspapers. I appreciate the talk about the game on  social media, as long as they keep it positive and help create a good atmosphere for the game.

I think it's a tough game. Rayyan have a good team. They have won all the games until now. We respect them but we know also that we have a good team. We have worked hard until now. I hope we can make our supporters happy. They are looking forward to this game. If we fight as a team and be compact then we have a good chance to win this game and hopefully we can take three points. 
 
Every week the results are important, not just this game. We know that this is a big game. But we have to focus on our game, play as a team like we have done so far. Hopefully we can play a good game and show the level of our team. We showed that last week. There are still a lot of games this season and Inshallah we can do well.
