Al Gharafa Sports Club officials have finalized an agreement with the Brazilian coach Péricles Chamusca to assume the position of head coach for the 2015/16 QSL season. The new Gharafa Gaffer takes over from temporary head coach Bertrand Marchand.

Chamusca was previously the head coach of Al Arabi Sports Club and El Jaish Sports Club. 

Al Gharafa will be hoping that the Brazilian tactician will be able to breathe new life into the club who in recent years has seen their dominance in the league steadily decline.



In addition, Al Gharafa will be boosted next season with one of the biggest signings of the post season by bagging Congolese striker Alain Dioko from Al Ahli Sports Club.

he former brigadier’s man has managed to score the most goals in the league for the past two seasons and will be an important addition to the Cheetahs attacking line.
