QSL side Al Arabi have been handed a fitness boost ahead of their round 25 match against bottom side Meisameer. Team officials confirmed that Arabi captain Paulinho returned to training on Monday evening, after sitting out his sides 1-0 defeat to Umm Salal in round 24.The return of Paulinho will be good news for Gianfranco Zola, who has been relying on the former Torino man’s goals in recent weeks. Paulinho is Arabi’s top goalscorer in the QSL with 12 goals in 20 QSL games.
In term news Arabi trained for Mesimeer under the watchful eye of Gianfranco Zola and his staff. Al Arabi are currently in 7th place in the QSL standings, with a tally of 34 points from 24 games.
