Al Arabi welcomed Qatar Sports Club to the Grand Hamad stadium on Tuesday Dec 9^th.

The round 13 clash saw the visitors take an early lead when Maher Yousef scored in the 5^th minute of the game.

Then just before the break Khalid Al Zakiba scored perhaps the free kick of the season as his long distance effort nestled into the top right corner to give his side a two goal cushion.

In the second half Al Arabi finally responded with two goals from Pablo Hernández. The first was scored in the 73^rd minute and then late on Al Arabi won a penalty. Pablo stepped up and converted a crucial penalty to give his side a vital point in a game they were close to losing.

The result puts Al Arabi in 8^th and Qatar Sports Club move up to 4^th in the Qatar Stars League.
