Al Sailiya coach Mirghani Al Zain spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 season Doha Bank Stars League Week 6 match against Al Arabi.

“We renew our thanks and appreciation to the board of directors for their continued confidence and support, which gives us greater motivation to work hard and deliver our best.

“We have played strong matches over the past period, but luck was not on our side and we promise our dear fans to double our efforts to make them happy.

“Our upcoming match against Al Arabi is a real challenge for me and the players, and we ask God to grant us success,” said Mirghani.

Al Sailiya player Moaz Abdullah said, “The team’s focus is on the next stage. We will not look back, our focus is entirely on the upcoming matches. The technical staff have made a great effort and have not failed us, but luck has eluded us at some points.

“Al Arabi are a great team and we appreciate their capabilities, but we will enter the match with strong determination and a clear goal to snatch the three points.”
