Al Ahli coach Igor Biscan spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 season Doha Bank Stars League Week 6 match against Al Shahania.

“We are fully aware that the team’s current performance does not reflect its true level and we must perform better in the upcoming matches. We have no choice but to work harder and focus to improve our results and change the team’s situation.

“The only solution is to work harder and raise the players’ physical, technical and psychological levels so that we can defeat Al Shahania and correct our course,” said Biscan.

Al Ahli player Nasser Al Nasr said, “The team enters the match with great ambition to achieve victory.

“The team’s current situation does not satisfy anyone, but we believe in our ability to come back. We must play with a united spirit and greater positivity to achieve results that satisfy our fans.”
