Al Shamal coach David Prats spoke to the media ahead of their 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League Week 16 match against Al Khor.

“The Al Khor match is very important for us and our goal will be to win only and collect the three points in order to compensate for the loss in the last two rounds.

“We have presented good levels in the recent matches, but we did not translate the performance into a positive result, and this is what we are looking forward to in the next match in which we will fight until the last minute in order to achieve our goal.

“We have worked well in the last few days and the players did not neglect their training and their determination to achieve something for their club was clear,” said Prats.

Al Shamal player Abdulaziz Mohammed said, “We are waiting for a difficult match against a good team that includes players with good capabilities, so it is necessary for us to be fully focused in order to achieve our goal from the match.

“We seek to win and regain the victories that stopped in the last two rounds, in order to please the club’s fans who never fail to support the team.”
