Al Shahania and Al Khor will meet in the opening clash of Week 13 of the 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League at the Suhaim Bin Hamad Stadium of Qatar SC on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. The kick-off is at 4.30pm.

The two sides will go into the match searching for three valuable points in an attempt to escape the danger zone. While Al Shahania are in the 10th place with 11 points in the standings, Al Khor are at the bottom in 12th place with seven points. Hence, the importance and difficulty of the match in which both teams would be seeking a win.

Al Shahania are counting on their stars to restore the winning touch, more so after their loss in the last round to Al Arabi. Their Spanish coach Alvaro Mejia has been working to correct the flaws and push the players to deliver best results.
