Al Arabi coach Anthony Hudson spoke to the media ahead of their 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League Week 9 match against Al Gharafa.

“We are looking forward to our upcoming match against Al Gharafa as it is important for us and we are working to benefit from the positive factors we have.

“There was not enough time to prepare for the match, but we are used to this system and we will be ready. We respect Al Gharafa as a strong team, so we must be at our best to achieve victory.

“Our goal is to continue the positive results and this is what we seek to achieve,” said Hudson.

Al Arabi player Yazan Al Naimat said, “A strong match awaits us with Al Gharafa, we must prepare well in order to achieve victory and continue the positive results.

“Al Gharafa are performing strongly in the league and at the Asian level, so the match will not be easy for both teams. We will enter with all our strength and are determined to achieve the three points.

“Every match represents a challenge, but we are determined to present a performance worthy of the club’s name and to please our fans. We hope to be in good form and score victory that will help us climb the rankings.”
