Al Khor coach Abdullah Mubarak spoke to the media ahead of their 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League Week 6 match against Al Wakrah.

“We seek to collect the three points in the Al Wakrah match, we have ambition and a strategy to win this match.

“We will face a strong and organized team with great stability, and coach Ali Rahma Al Marri who added great spirit to Al Wakrah. We lack some players and we know that we have a gap in the offensive side, but we are working hard to solve this problem.

“We must be united and at the peak of our focus to face Al Wakrah, and we must avoid mistakes to win this match,” said Abdullah Mubarak.

Al Khor player Naif Al Buraiki said, “The recent results are not satisfactory to us as players. Our ambition is high so far and our efforts will not stop.

“We have gone through many difficulties, including injuries and absences, and these are the things that will make us exert our utmost efforts and fight for every point.

“We enter every match to collect the three points and we know that Al Wakrah are a good and strong team, but we have studied the strengths and weaknesses of this team, and our ambition is the three points.”
