Qatar SC host Al Arabi in Week 16 of the 2023-2024 season Expo Stars League at the Suhaim Bin Hamad Stadium of Qatar SC on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. The kick-off is at 6pm.

The match will be strongly contested especially since both teams are aiming to bounce back having lost their previous games. Qatar SC lost to Al Sadd 0-3, while Al Arabi lost to Al Rayyan 2-3, and therefore each team will try to regain victories to improve their position in the standings.

Qatar SC are in ninth place with 13 points and Al Arabi are in sixth place with 18 points – ahead of Al Duhail (seventh) with the same number of points.

The matches of the two teams are always full of excitement, competition and club rivalry. Al Arabi had won the first-leg match 1-0 and Qatar SC would seek to settle scores.

Qatar SC have dropped to ninth place, which is low in the standings considering the capabilities that the team has, and therefore their coach Helio Sousa will try hard to make a strong comeback at the expense of Al Arabi, who are experiencing the same circumstances and fluctuations.

Qatar SC are relying on Ben Malango, Sebastian Soria, Yohan Boli and Javi Martinez.

As for Al Arabi, their coach Younes Ali is seeking to correct his team’s situation and return to the winning path after falling to sixth place after the last round. The coach is relying on his prominent players: Omar Al Somah, Rafinha, Yousef Msakni, Ahmed Fathi, Jassem Jaber and Jassim Al Hail.
