Al Arabi coach Younes Ali spoke to the media ahead of their 2023-2024 season Expo Stars League Week 9 match against Al Wakrah.

“We are waiting for a strong and important match with Al Wakrah, which is always characterized by a close match between the two teams. We also realize the importance of the match and we will enter with all force in order to secure the three points.

“With the completion of the ranks after the international break and Rafinha’s return from injury, we are ready for the Al Wakrah match, especially since it will be in our stadium, and we hope that it will start from here.

“Everyone is ready for this much-anticipated confrontation and everyone is responsible and able to emerge from the match with the desired result,” said Younes.

Al Arabi player Abdullah Al Sulaiti said, “The Al Wakrah match is not easy and it is an opportunity to get back on the right path, at our home stadium, Grand Hamad Stadium.

“We realize the importance of every point and every win during the coming period. We are preparing well for this match and we must be in the best physical and mental condition.
