Al Arabi coach Younes Ali spoke to the media ahead of their 2023-2024 season Expo Stars League Week 7 match against Al Ahli.

“Returning after a long break, the team is ready for the Al Ahli match. We tried during the break to prepare well for the return and we hope to present the required level to score the three points.

“A difficult match awaits us against a good team. Through this match, we seek to continue our victories and we look forward to putting on a good show and achieving the desired result.

“The players showed good character during the recent training sessions and the preparations were characterized by seriousness and focus in order to put up distinguished performances.

“All players are ready for the match, except Rafinha Alcantara who has injury. Other than that, everyone is fully prepared for the game,” said Younes.

Al Arabi player Ibrahim Kalla said, “A strong match awaits us, through which we seek to present a new level and achieve victory.

“We worked intensively with the coach during the break to prepare for the return of matches and our goal is to provide a distinguished performance that will gain us three points.”
