Al Shamal coach David Prats spoke to the media ahead of their 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League Week 14 match against Qatar SC.
“The match against Qatar SC will be as difficult as the match against Umm Salal in the last round of the league, so we have to be prepared in order to achieve our goal, which is to win and collect the three points.
“Qatar SC are one of the good teams and have high-level players, and they look forward to winning and advancing in the standings, and it is necessary for us to be ready to face them in the required manner.
“Al Shamal presented a good level and achieved a distinctive result in the last match against Umm Salal, and we look forward to following the same path and continuing the victories, so we will fight and do our best in the next match in order to achieve the desired goal.
“I have great confidence in our players and they are aware of the responsibility placed on their shoulders to continue the victories and please our fans and club management, who are always keen to support the team and encourage the players,” said Prats.
Al Shamal player Mohammed Musa said, “The match will be strong and we seek to win and collect the three points in order to continue the victories after the valuable win we achieved against Umm Salal in the last round.
“We hope that success will be on our side and that we will present a good level like the one we presented in the last match against Umm Salal.
“Our goal is to achieve positive results and collect the maximum number of points, especially since we are looking forward to an advanced position in the league table.”
