Al Sailiya coach Sami Trabelsi spoke to the media ahead of their 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League Week 19 match against Umm Salal.

“I hope that our victory over Al Arabi in the (Round of 16) of Amir Cup which we won, will be a great motivation for us to continue victories and get out of the difficult situation in the league table. So, this game is of paramount importance, especially since both teams seek to win the three points.

“We will face a strong and organized team that presents great levels, and I hope that the remaining matches in the competition will be in favour of my team and that we present a high level that brings us the victory. We hope to save the team from the difficult situation in which it has fallen.

“I have great confidence in the players to provide a strong level and performance, given the difficult circumstances that we are in,” said Trabelsi.

Al Sailiya player Meshaal Qassem Al Shammari said, “The remaining four matches for the team are of great importance and we hope to achieve victory in order to move away from the danger zone.

“The Umm Salal meeting is important for us and we must come out with a positive result. All upcoming matches are difficult and we consider them to be the cup finals. We hope to enter the match with concentration and not make mistakes and take advantage of opportunities to score goals.”
