Umm Salal were held to a thrilling 3-3 draw by Lusail in Round 9 of 2025-2026 season QSL Cup at the Al Gharafa Pitch 2 on Sunday.

The teams were locked 2-2 at half-time.

The point gained, however, pitchforked Umm Salal into 17 points.

For Lusail, it was their fourth draw of the competition and they moved to seven points.

The goal getters for Umm Salal were Cristo Gonzalez (fifth & 64th minutes) and Meshaal Al Shammari (38th minute).

For Lusail, Ziad Fadi Eljaouni (20th minute), Amir Roustaei (32nd minute) and Farhad Esmaeil (46th minute) were on target.
