Al Waab defeated Al Gharafa 2-1 in Round 8 of 2025-2026 season QSL Cup at the Al Gharafa Training Pitch 5 on Thursday.

Bahaa Faisal scored for Al Waab on both sides of the half, giving them an early lead in the third minute before adding another in the 86th minute to move them to 15 points in the standings.

Al Gharafa had a resurgence in the late minutes of the interesting match with Zaid Faisal scoring on the stroke of regulation time (90th minute), but The Cheetahs’ effort, however, seemed to be a little too late as Al Waab held on to their lead, leaving the visitors rooted to the bottom of table on two points.
