Umm Salal scored a 3-1 win over Al Wakrah in Round 6 of 2025-2026 season QSL Cup at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium of Al Sadd club on Sunday, November 16, 2025.

The important fourth win of the tournament saw The Orange Fortress move to 13 points and third spot in the standings, while Al Wakrah are now in 18th place after a fourth loss with only two points in their kitty.

Umm Salal led 2-1 at half-time and their goals were scored by Cristo Gonzalez (sixth minute), Antonio Mance (22nd minute) and Jean Evrard Kouassi (59th minute).

Al Wakrah’s only goal came from an own goal by Louay Ashour in the 44th minute.
