Qatar SC face Al Wakrah in Week 7 of the 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 19:45 at the Al Arabi Stadium on Monday, 25th October, 2021.

Qatar SC are positioned eighth in the table with five points (one victory, two draws and three defeats). The Kings have a goal difference of -3 (six goals for and nine against).

Qatar SC had recently replaced Brazilian coach Ze Ricardo with Moroccan Youssef Safri, himself their former player, following a spate of negative results.

They pulled off a 2-2 draw with Umm Salal in the previous round, in Safri’s first match in charge.

Al Wakrah are fourth in the table with 11 points following their commanding 4-1 victory over formidable Al Duhail in the postponed match from Week 5, played on Thursday, 21st October.

The game was postponed due to the health measures that prevented Al Duhail players from participating in training and matches, as many of them and technical staff were affected with the coronavirus (Covid-19).

The Blue Wave, coached by Spaniard Marquez Lopez, now have three victories, two draws and one defeat) with a goal difference of +4 (eight goals for and four against).
