20:10 kick-off at Al Gharafa Stadium

Al Duhail face Al Rayyan in Week 6 of the 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 20:10 at the Al Gharafa Stadium on Sunday, 17th October, 2021.

Both Al Duhail and Al Rayyan have talented players in their ranks, who have the ability to make a turnaround in their teams’ fortunes.

Al Duhail are second in the table with 12 points. They have played one match less as their Week 5 game against Al Wakrah was postponed to a later date due to the health measures that prevented Al Duhail players from participating in training and matches.

It is now scheduled to be played on Thursday, 21st October, at the Saoud bin Abdulrahman Stadium of Al Wakrah Sports Club. The kick-off is at 19:30.

Al Duhail have four victories to their credit (all-win record like reigning champions Al Sadd). The Red Knights, coached by Portuguese Luis Castro, have a goal difference of +11 (14 goals for and three against).

Al Rayyan are placed fifth in the table with six points (one victory, one draw and three defeats). The Lions have a goal difference of -1 (eight goals for and nine against).

Laurent Blanc-coached Al Rayyan will be keen to put up a strong performance in their bid to storm into the top four.

Meanwhile, Al Rayyan are placed last in Group A of the 2021-2022 season Ooredoo Cup. They lost 3-4 to Al Wakrah in Round 3 last weekend.
