Al Wakrah face Al Gharafa in Week 19 of the 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 18:55 at the Al Wakrah Stadium on Sunday, 20th February, 2022.

Al Wakrah, placed third with 31 points from 18 matches, lost 0-1 to Qatar SC in Week 18. They have recorded nine wins, four draws and five defeats.

The Blue Wave, coached by Spaniard Marquez Lopez, have a goal difference of +3 (26 goals for and 23 against).

Al Gharafa are placed fourth with 27 points from 18 matches. Italian Andrea Stramaccioni’s wards have registered eight wins, three draws and seven defeats, and have a goal difference of +1 (30 goals for and 29 against).

The Cheetahs were held to a 1-1 draw by Al Khor in Week 18.

Al Wakrah have the likes of Jacinto Dala, Mohamed Benyettou, Omar Ali, Khaled Munir and Hazem Shehata, while Al Gharafa boast of Cheikh Diabate, Ahmed Alaaeldin, Sofiane Hanni, Gabriel Perez and Homam Al Ameen.

Al Wakrah and Al Gharafa both reached the quarterfinals of Amir Cup by defeating Al Shahania (3-1) and Al Kharaitiyat (4-0) respectively.
