Al Arabi face Al Wakrah in Week 12 of the 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 18:20 at the Al Arabi Stadium on Tuesday, 4th January, 2022.

Al Arabi kept third position in the table despite dropping points in the last two rounds. They were held goalless by Al Gharafa in Week 10 and lost 0-2 to Umm Salal in Week 11.

Al Arabi definitely cannot afford to drop more points if they are to keep their place in the top four as fourth-placed Al Gharafa trail them by just a point.

Al Wakrah are fifth in the table with 16 points (four wins, as many draws and two defeats). The Blue Wave, under Spaniard Marquez Lopez, have a goal difference of +2 (11 goals for and nine against).

Al Wakrah’s game against champions Al Sadd in Week 11 got postponed as many Al Wakrah players were infected with coronavirus.
