Coinciding with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, and aiming to support this group, raise community awareness of their issues and work towards their well-being, the Qatar Stars League (QSL), in partnership with Aspire Zone Foundation and Qatar Paralympic Committee, organized the Paralympic Day 2025 events. The event, held at Aspire, was attended by officials and representatives of participating organizations, a number of guests and dignitaries, players from Doha Bank Stars League clubs, veteran athletes and players, and students from various schools.

All attendees were welcomed and the importance of united efforts to keep promoting and supporting athletes from all categories was emphasized. This aims to achieve all goals and aspirations, and empower people with disabilities to actively participate in sports activities.

The events included distinctive sections and diverse sports activities through a number of races and competitions that aim to promote the spirit of co-operation and interaction, such as goalball, table tennis for people with disabilities, obstacle course, javelin throw, tug of war and parachute game in addition to events dedicated to people with hearing and visual impairments, the deaf and physical disabilities.
