Al Duhail’s Ferjani Sassi has been named as the QNB Stars League’s Best Player for the month of April, 2023.

The Tunisian midfielder scored two goals and gave one assist in four matches during the period. He spent a total of 398 minutes on the pitch, as per the technical analysis released by STATS, the official statistics and figures provider for the QNB Stars League.

Ferjani played a key role in April as Al Duhail managed to keep their lead on top of the league table and are cruising towards regaining the title. The Red Knights, coached by Argentinian Hernan Crespo, have 48 points (15 victories, three draws and two defeats), five more than second-placed Al Arabi.

It may be noted that Ferjani is one of the most prominent players in the Al Duhail ranks in particular and QNB Stars League in general. He has been presenting high technical capabilities and is an influential player in the side.
