The Qatar Stars League (QSL) hosted a number of students from Awsaj Academy for a multi-day field training programme, which provided them with an opportunity to gain firsthand experience of its operations across various departments and divisions.

In addition, the students observed organizational procedures by attending several Doha Bank Stars League matches and participating in matchday activities under the supervision of several departments, including Human Resources, Competitions, Marketing and Sales, Media and Communications, and Events and Community Relations.

On conclusion of the programme, certificates were awarded to the participating students in recognition of their efforts and commitment during the training period.

QSL affirms its commitment to support young talent and enhance their practical as well as professional skills, thus preparing them for the job market and helping them choose their career paths.
