Al Sadd coach Felix Sanchez spoke to the media ahead of their 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League Week 14 match against Al Arabi.

“We have a big match against Al Arabi, this is a good opportunity for us to return after the recent results, we realize that the season is long and witnesses fluctuations between promotion and relegation.

“The team is ready and prepared for the next match, and our goal is to provide a positive performance and result.

“It is not easy when we lose two consecutive matches, especially at home, but the players are excited about what is coming.

“There is no time to stop or regret, now is the time to move forward with more confidence than before. We will seek to return and achieve the three important points if we want to compete for the league lead,” said Sanchez.

Al Sadd goalkeeper Saad Al Dossari said, “We are waiting for a difficult match against Al Arabi and we must do our best to achieve victory.

“We are coming from a loss and we seek to return to victories and collect the three points and continue competing for the league title. Our fans have a big role in supporting us and we are waiting for them against Al Arabi.

“We enter the match with high spirits and morale in order to do our best. We are all determined and focused to appear in the best possible way.”
