Nasser Al Kuwari- Promotional Tours a major success.

The AFC U23 Championship Promotional Tours Coordinator – Nasser Al Kuwari has revealed the success of the tours of Najim the AFC U23 mascot, which he believes will encourage students to attend Doha based tournament. 
 
Nasser Al Kuwari added that the stars of the Asian Olympic teams will be present in this tournament and said: “We would like to invite all students to watch the Asian stars of the future by watching the matches.” 
 
The opening match of the tournament will be hosted in Abdullah Bin Khalifa Stadium on Tuesday 12 January 2016 at 07:30 pm between Qatar vs China, preceded by a match at 04:30 pm in Jassem Bin Hamad Stadium between Syria vs Iran. 
 
Al Kuwari pointed out to the fact that such promotional tours included independent and international schools as well as some of the community organizations. 
 
Talking of the success of the tours Al Kuwari said: “So far the tours have shown plenty of positive feedback from the schools and community organizations, it is going to be a great tournament.” 
 
AL Kuwari also revealed a special event for students ahead of Qatar’s first match: “Upon the opening ceremony on the 12th of January 2016, there will be an assembly point for all students in Lekhwiya Sports Club to watch Qatar vs China game. Everyone is invited.” 
 
Al Kuwari concluded: “The promotional tour will continue until the end of the tournament, with Najim visiting more schools, and attending plenty of matches to celebrate the AFC U23 tournament.”

Whilst you can also buy tickets from both Landmark & Villagio malls from 4pm to 10pm daily, furthermore fans will be able to buy tickets on match days at the tournament stadiums.
