Mesaimeer Football Club, who will commence their first season in the Qatar Stars League next season, has announced the signing of Brazilian centre-back Rafael Amorim.

Amorim used to play for the Portuguese team F.C. Paços de Ferreira last season.

Club officials have stated they are keen to finalize all deals as soon as possible so that the squad can adapt quickly to the new additions. 

The newly promoted outfit will soon travel to Slovenia for their preseason training camp.
