Mesaimeer Sports Club defeated Slovenian side NK Mura by two goals to one in their third friendly game as part of their external training camp in Slovenia.
 
This will be Mesaimeer's first ever participation in the Qatar Stars League since they won promotion form the Qatar Gas League at the end of this year’ campaign.
 
Mesaimeer took the lead in the 2nd minute through Mohamed Ramadan, while the Slovenians equalized on the 23rd minute towards the end of the first half.
 
During the second half Mesaimeer succeeded in scoring the second and what proved to be winning goal on the 87th minute courtesy of  new Iranian signing Mohamed Nouri.
