Mesaimeer Football Club achieved a huge accomplishment by ascending to Qatar Stars League together with Al-Rayyan Football Club.

This achievement came after defeating the Al-Sadd Reserves 5-1 in their Round 16 match in the Qatar Gas League at the Grand Hamad Stadium.

With this result the team reached 41 points and is in second place behind Al-Rayyan who has 45 points.
