Al Kharaitiyat Sports Club Head of Football - Mansour Moussa said that striker Jarallah Al Marri, who has transferred on loan from Al Rayyan, will be a strong addition to the team. Al Marri signed the loan deal on Saturday evening for one season.

The move is part of a swap deal that will see Aspire Academy youth product and goalkeeper Youssef Mohammed go to Al Rayyan on loan.

Mansour Moussa said, “We have big faith in Jarallah who is a great striker and excelled with Al Kharaitiyat before when he was last at the club. He has transferred on loan once before to Al Kharaitiyat."

Mansour stressed that the club’s administration sought to finalise all pending matters before the squad travels to Slovenia on their preseason training camp.

"We hope to succeed with all the players we have signed, I think we have bought well and this season will be tough and long.”

When asked about Al Kharaitiyat’s move to extend the loan signing of Abdel Aziz Al Ansari from Al Sadd, Mansour said, "So far nothing new has emerged regarding this matter, and in the event that Al Ansari moves back to one of the European leagues, then we wish him the best of luck."
