Lekhwiya Football Club won their recent friendly against Umm Salal, played on Sunday 23 November at Lekhwiya training pitches by two goals to nil as part of their preparations for the Qatar Stars League fixtures which will start on the 30th of November. The first half was dominated by Lekhwiya with many chances, nevertheless Lekhwiya’s players didn’t’ take full advantage with the first half ending goalless.
At the beginning of the second half Lekhwiya continued to control possession until Sebastian Soria was able to score the first goal on the 50th minute before he added the second goal in the 55th minute to end the match 2-0.
