QSL side Al Sadd will be without defender Mohammed Kasola ahead of their round 17 clash with Al Ahli on Thursday evening.
Kasola has been ruled out of the match due to a back complaint, which he suffered against Al Wakrah in round 16. The Qatari international will not be available for selection for the match against Al Ahli.
Before the start of training head coch Jesualdo Ferreira met with the squad before training, eager to stress that the poor performance against Al Wakrah could not be repeated. With the club eager to get back to winning ways and maintain their place in the top 4 place in the QSL standings.
Sadd where further boosted by the return of the players of the Qatar U23 squad. Abdul Karim Hassan Musab al-Khader, Ali Asad and Muhannad Naim all returned back to training after being granted rest from the Doha based tournament.
Al Sadd will face Al Ahli on Thursday the 4th of Febuary at Al Sadd stadium, K.O at 19:15pm.
