QSL side El Jaish has confirmed that defender Yasser Abubakar is set to return to the side ahead of their round 25 match against Al Gharafa.The Qatar international defender sat out of his sides match against Lekhwiya after picking up his fourth yellow card of the season in his sides 2-1 win over Muaither back in round 23. Abubakar’s absence was keenly felt by Sabri Lamouchi’s side, falling to a heavy 5-1 defeat to their local rivals Lekhwiya.
Jaish will be hoping to get back to winning ways when they take on Al Gharafa on Thursday the 6th of April at Al Gharafa stadium. El Jaish are currently in fourth place in the QSL standings, with a tally of 45 points from 24 QSL games.
