QSL side Al Ahli have been handed a fitness boost ahead of their fifth round QSL match against Al Khor. Influential Iranian midfielder Mojtaba Jabbari is set to return this week, following a two week spell on the sidelines with a knee injury.

The news will be a major boost for head coach Luka Bonačić as Ahli are looking to maintain their fourth place position in the QSL standings.  Last time out, Ahli registered an impressive 2-0 derby win over Al Arabi. Goals from Firmin Mubele and Meshal Abdullah ensured the Brigadiers bragging rights over their local rivals.
