Qatar Stars League Management CEO Mr. Hani Ballan leaves to Australia on the 2nd of Jan to participate in AFC Asian Cup as an international referees instructor, while the referees arrive on the 3rd of Jan. The sessions start the very next day, as Mr. Hani Ballan is considered one of the few international refereeing instructors in the world who contributed and conducted many courses worldwide. Also Hani Ballan to join Qatar Football Association delegation to attend AFC Executive Committee meeting on the 9th of Jan, headed by H.E. Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifah Bin Ahmed Al Thani, QFA President and Mr. Saoud Al-Mohannadi, QFA Vice President.
