Mr. Hani Ballan the CEO of the Qatar Stars League– congratulated Al-Sadd Sports Club on winning the title of the Emir Cup for the 15^th time in their history after defeating El Jaish in the final 2-1.He also sent his commiserations to El Jaish and wished them all the best in the upcoming season.

The CEO of the Qatar Stars League also added: “The final was fair and the on the day Al Sadd deserved the win. There are no losers in the presence of His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani.”

Mr. Ballan pointed out that Al Sadd played a clever game to win the title, and that they got their tactics right on the day. He noticed that El Jaish tried their best and even dominated the game but Al Sadd was more decisive.

The QSL CEO was keen to praise the distinguished organization of the event as well as the spectators and said: “All spectators enjoyed this event as the stadium was at near full capacity and that’s why we should thank everyone who contributed to the success of this final night of the Qatari football season.
