Fossati, the new head coach of Al Rayyan Sports Club led the team's first training session on Sunday evening in the presence of a number of the Club officials.  The Deputy Chairman of the Club’s Board Rashed Al Khalifa as well as the Head of Football Ali Salem Ofaifah were both keen to see the first training session.
 
At the beginning of the training session, Ali Salem Ofaifah introduced Fossati to the players and gave a speech urging them to exert themselves as best they can and be fully focused during the coming period.
 
After which, the team took part in some light drills.
 
This training session saw the return of loan players: Abdullah Ofaifah and Mohammed Al-Neely from Al-Sailiya, Fahad Khalfan from Al-Shahania, Sultan Al-Kuwari from Villarreal and the Argentina player, Forlin from Boca Juniors.
