Khalid Al Subaie was joined on Monday evening by Miguel Heitor, Director of Football Development at the QSL to be formally introduced to club officials and Al Gharafa head coach Pedro Caixinha. Speaking at the introduction ceremony, Heitor said. “Today is an important step in both the development of football analysists in the QSL, I would like to thank Al Gharafa club in their commitment to this cause and the support of this initiative from Ahmad Al Harami, Executive Director of Competitions and Football Development and I wish Khalid all the best in his internship with the club.”
The course, which was previously, ran by the QSL football development department earlier in the year, taught the basics of match analysis and the use of the Wyscout system, which is readily available in all QSL clubs. The seven graduates of the four day course picked up their certificates back in May.
