
A host of activities are available in the fanzone, which will be located just outside the stadium which will be open to the general public from 4:30pm. The Qatar Football Association has also revealed that tickets for the match will be available from the stadium at 4pm from the club box office near the main entrance.

Qatar is currently in fifth place in Group A, with four points from their first five groups of the final qualification group. Jorge Fossati’s side will be looking to use home advantage to register a victory over an Iranian side who have yet to suffer a defeat or concede a goal during the campaign to date. After the tie at Al Sadd stadium, Al Annabi will head to Uzbekistan to prepare for their match against the third placed side in the group.

Al Annabi head into the two games on high following two solid friendly preformances against Azerbajan and a Qatar U23 side. Jorge Fossati will now hope that his squad will rise to the challenge of defeating both Iran and Uzbekistan to give the Maroon’s qualification chances a major boost.
