El Jaish Sports Club technical staff granted the team two-days rest after defeating Qatar Sports Club by two goals to one in the semifinal match of the Emir Cup to reach the final for the first time in the club’s history.

El Jaish will take on Al Sadd next Saturday in Thani Bin Jassim stadium.

El Jaish will start their preparations for their clash against Al Sadd tomorrow with training sessions at Qatar University pitch with the participation of all players led by the team head coach Sabri Lamouchi.

From his side, El Jaish Sports Club Vice President Nasser Al-Ali congratulated the club board, the players, the technical staff and the officials on the occasion of the qualification to the final of Emir Cup. Al-Ali said on the club official website, the team played a big match and overcame a tough opponent.

Al-Ali praised the players’ performance after coming back from one goal down to win the game.
