El Jaish Administration decided to appeal against QFA Disciplinary Committee sanctions imposed on the Club and player Daniel Gomou who was transferred from Al-Rayyan.

QFA Disciplinary Committee issued sanctions on player Daniel Gomou to suspend him for two years effective from 17 Dec 2014 as well as fine of 100,000 QR.

Also QFA Disciplinary Committee imposed ban on El Jaish Club not to register any new player for two complete transfer windows in addition to 100,000 QR.

El Jaish is entitled to lodge an appeal to QFA Appeal Committee within 10 days from the date of the decision pursuant to QFA Disciplinary Code.

On the Other hand, El Jaish Head coach Abdel Kader Al-Megheseib decided to grant the team players rest until 4 Jan 2015 after their win against Umm Salal with round 15 of Qatar Stars League, to end this phase with success before the Qatar Stars League stoppage for one month and a half due to the participation of Qatar National Team in AFC Asian Cup Australia 2015.

This decision taken by the technical staff to get advantage of the league stoppage.

Professional players took advantage of this rest to travel to their countries to spend the end of year holidays.
