A huge and exciting match between Al-Sadd and Lekhwiya awaits spectators this Friday evening in the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium at 20:00.

The match is expected to be very tough and close encounter as both teams are keen to reach the final and will either face El Jaish or Qatar SC depending on who can triumph in the other semifinal.

Friday’s game is the fourth clash between the two sides this season (in all competitions), and both teams will have a further two big games in the AFC Champions League 2015 - Round of 16 on the 19th and 21st of May 2015.

Lekhwiya’s offensive strength comes courtesy of forwards Yousef Msakni, Sebastian Soria, Vladimir Weiss and Ismail Mohamed.

Whilst Al Sadd will rely on Nadir Belhadj, Al-Haydous, Youssef Ahmed and Ali Assad as well as both Brazilians Muriqui and Grafite.

This is a match between the QSL champions and the runner-ups. Lekhwiya is seeking to gain the elusive treble after securing both the QSL and the 2015 Qatar Cup.

Al Sadd is trying to revive their hopes and gain at least one title this season with only the Emir Cup still up for grabs domestically.

Lekhwiya qualified for the final match after defeating Umm Salal on penalties whilst Al Sadd overcame Al Khor 3-1.
