Lekhwiya Sports Club will regroup from Sunday the 5^th of July to start their preparations ahead of the new Qatar Stars League season.<br />

The players have had extended holidays after a successful domestic campaign which saw them pick up both the Qatar Stars League and Qatar Cup titles.<br />
<br />
Algerian head coach Djamel Belmadi will lead training sessions after returning to the club for a second spell, he replaces Danish coach Michael Laudrup.<br />
<br />
The players will undergo medical tests in the coming days. They will also have some training sessions before heading overseas for their pre-season training camp.
