Lekhwiya Sports Club will regroup from Sunday the 5^th of July to start their preparations ahead of the new Qatar Stars League season.

The players have had extended holidays after a successful domestic campaign which saw them pick up both the Qatar Stars League and Qatar Cup titles.

Algerian head coach Djamel Belmadi will lead training sessions after returning to the club for a second spell, he replaces Danish coach Michael Laudrup.

The players will undergo medical tests in the coming days. They will also have some training sessions before heading overseas for their pre-season training camp.
